Here are my top 10 amazon purchases of the summer! Ad/Affiliate I will earn a small amount if you buy one of these products via the link, this is at no extra cost to you.

1. Pestsects insect repellent bracelets https://amzn.to/3PVgRmM

These were a lifesaver on our recent trip to Mexico. They worked a treat, we didn’t get bitten and they look like a typical holiday bracelet. Me and the girls actually wore them on our ankles, so they didn’t get in the way. I will absolutely be buying them again for our next summer holiday!

2. Garnier over make up Sunscreen https://amzn.to/3rVfbSb

This stuff is amazing! It’s refreshing, helps to set your make up and also protects you from the rays. I burn my nose every summer and end up peeling when on a holiday abroad, regardless of my efforts to be sun safe. For the first time ever, after using this, I didn’t burn my nose! If I can get it on a subscription, sign me up, because I can no longer survive the summer without it.

3. Travel hangers https://amzn.to/3QhOu3p

One travel hate of mine, is hangers in hotels. There is never enough of them, and nothing infuriates me more than the ‘anti-theft’ hangers that are a pain to take in an out of the wardrobe. I saw these first on Instagram, someone I follow had bought them and said they were a game changer, I didn’t hesitate to buy them, and they work a treat. They fold up small, so they don’t take up much room in your case.

4. Packing cubes https://amzn.to/3tqE8VS

I am a lover of the packing cube, my husband is not. There are so many different types out there, just find ones that suit your needs. I have these grey ones, lots of pouches in different sizes. I love the organization of them, I love that I can just lift them out of the case and put them straight into the drawers of the place that we are staying. I also like to pack in outfits, per day, it makes mornings so much easier, trying to dress 3 people, I just grab the cube I know I need for each day.

5. Anker portable charger https://amzn.to/46n4VkB

I’ve actually had this portable charger for a few years now, I love it so much I’ve ordered another one so we have two between the four of us. It really comes in handy when I’ve drained my battery using maps or researching activities to do whilst on holiday. It’s perfect for Disney trips when your using the app constantly.

6. Kids Amazon Fire Tablet https://amzn.to/3ZYr8D1

We couldn’t live without them. Whilst the girls don’t use them very often, when we are out for dinner or in a queue they are great entertainment for the girls. I love the cases on them, they bounce, which is a must for my kiddos as they can be quite clumsy.

7. UV compact umbrella https://amzn.to/3FhkEFR

My favourite thing about this umbrella isn’t that it blocks UV rays or keeps you dry from the rain. The best bit is the case that it comes in. It means that you can put it in the case, into your bag and the umbrella isn’t going to get everything in your bag wet.

8. Black Leggings https://amzn.to/48RWzmF

I’m not a leggings person, unless it’s to go to an exercise class, even then I don’t hang round in the house wearing them. Trying to find a pair of casual leggings that aren’t entirely see-through is a challenge. These leggings are buttery soft, they are so smooth and comfortable, I would never take them off if I was allowed to!

9. Dock and Bay Towels https://amzn.to/3QjKnnE

We love our dock and bay towels, they are really good quality, work well to get you dry despite it not being a traditional towel, and pack really compactly. We loved them so much that we bought the kids ponchos, they lived in these on holiday. They are a decent size too, bigger than the average beach towel.

10. Robinsons Squash Mini https://amzn.to/3S0LbPA

I think I’ve mentioned these before. They are perfect for keeping the kids hydrated. Perfect for picnics and Disney holidays. We just fill up our bottles with water and a squirt of juice, if we need a top up, we just buy some bottled water or ask for our personal bottles to be filled up with fresh water. I think they are around £2 to buy in the supermarket, but this is perfect to stock up over the ‘summer’.

Some of these products were absolute lifesavers for us here at ZippyBlog, we are sharing them in the hope that you also find them useful. Let us know in the comments if you find any of them helpful.
